QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT the Federal Home Loan Mortgage
Corporation, as "Grantor," for and in consideration of $10.00 Dollars in hand paid, and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY(S)
AND QUlTCLAlM(S) TO Rickey Ray Christensen and Tawny P. Christensen, husband and wife, as
"Grantees," the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
The W1I2El/2 of Lot 3 of Block 18 to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof; having the address of 67 West Fourth Avenue,
Afton, WY 83110, together with all buildings and other improvements situate thereon,
and SUBJECT TO all plats, restrictions, covenants, and reservations of record, and
FURTHER SUBJECT TO all rights of way, encroachments, road ways, and easements
of record or as may in fact exist and are apparent from inspection of the property
(hereinafter called the "property").
lNWITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Grantor executes this deed and by these presents
represents to be duly authorized to sign this deed and to convey the property pursuant to this deed, on the
