WARRANTY DEED
ROBERT L. McFARLAND and CECILIA G. McFARLAND, husband and wife,
grantors of the County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to HAROLD
ALEXANDER McFARLAND II and JENNIFER McFARLAND, husband and wife,
grantees, their heirs and assigns forever, the following described real estate situated in the
County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
