the consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable considerations,
CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Christopher Haderlie, Ralph K. Haderlie and Shirley W.
Haderlie, as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, grantees, of
2744 Lincoln County Road No. 12-125, Thayne, WY 83127, all interest in the following described
real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
A portion of the NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 23, T34N, R119W, 6th P;M., located North
of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described BS follows:

BEGINNING at a point lying within the Right-of-Way of U.S. Highway 89, said point
being 239.25 feet South and 33.00 feet West from the Northeast corner of said
NE1/4NW1/4; thence running South 206.25 feet; thence West 192.50 feet; thence
North 206.25 feet; thence East 192.50 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing
0.911 acres of land.

Gr Said property also described as follows in that certain Quitclaim Deed dated July 20,
1987, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on August 12, 1987, in
Book253 PR, page 667:
Beginning at B point 2 rods West and 14 1/2 rods South from the Northeast corner of
the Northwest quarter of Section 23, T34N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and
running thence West 11 2/3 rods; thence South 12 1/2 rods; thence East 11 2/3
rods; thence North 12 1/2 rods to the point of beginning, together with all water
rights and improvements thereunto belonging. Subject, however, to all reservations,
restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
