State of Wyoming, conveyed to Major Mortgage whose address is 2020 Carey Avenue, Mezzanine, Cheyenne, WY,
a certain real estate, to secure the payment of certain Note or Notes in said Mortgage described and set forth; and
whereas, said Mortgage and Note or Notes has or have been P ARTL Y paid and satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned, present holder and legal owner of said Mortgage and Note or Notes, does
hereby REMISE, RELEASE AND CONVEY, without warranty, to the present owner of said property, PART of the
real estate in said Mortgage described, situated in Lincoln County in the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A".
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with all the appurtenances thereto belonging free, clear and discharged from he
encumbrance of said Mortgage. This Partial Release of Mortgage will not affect all other property described in said
mortgage.
