The land referred to in this policy is situated in the State of Wyoming, County of Lincoln, and is described
as follows:
Lot 22 of Block 11 of the original Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
ALSO part of Lot 21 in Block 11 of the original Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, wyoming and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 21 of said Block 11
thence S 56°34' E along the easterly boundary line of said
Lot 21, a distance of 140.00 feet to the southeast corner of
said Lot 21;
thence S 33°26' W, a distance of 1.80 feet;
thence"N 56°21'43" W, a distance of 140.01 feet to a point on the
