HomeMy WebLinkAbout917197 r·o Î., ( 0028 RELEASE OF MORTGAGE ii' KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that First American Title Insurance Company, whose address is 120 North Center St., Casper, Wyoming 82601, does hereby certify that a certain Mortgage dated October 7, 1996, made and executed by MFC Realty, a Co- Partnership pursuant to a statement of Partnership dated November 27, 1985, amended September 12, 1990, whose partners consist of (a) John T. Masson and Denise Ann Gray as Successor Trustees under Declaration of Trust dated September 12, 1990, made by John M. Masson and Josephine M, Masson, Trustors and (b) Morris A. Farinella, as mortgagor, to First National Bank - Kemmerer, as mortgagee, and that the same mortgage dated October 7, 1996, made and executed by MFC Realty, a Co-Partnership pursuant to a statement of Partnership dated November 27, 1985, amended September 12, 1990, whose partners consist of (a) John T. Masson and Denise Ann Gray as Successor Trustees under Declaration of Trust dated September 12, 1990, made by John M. Masson and Josephine M, Masson, Trustors and (b) Morris A. Farinella, as mortgagor, to First National Bank - Kemmerer, as mortgagee, being assigned to First American Title Insurance Company conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $233,110.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 29th day of October, 1996, in Book 390 PR, beginning at page 044, as Instrument No. 828364, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit: ( r¡ . j }, "\ The West Half (W~) of the Southwest Quarter (SW~) of Sectíon 27, Township 35 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M.
