CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED

as Joint Tenants,
grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 001100's ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
EJD VENTURES, LLC,
a California limited liability company
grantee, whose address is 350 Patchett Road, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:

of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 326 of Photostatic

northwest corner thereof;

thence S 16°-46'-53" E, 341.00 feet to a point;
thence S 89°-49'-22" E, 298.34 feet to a spike on the centerline of North Sprague Creek
Driye;
thence S 16°-46'-53" E, 244.88 feet, along said centerline, to a spike at the beginning
of a circular curye to the right;
thence southwesterly 495.69 feet, along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of
37°-52'-03" with a radius of 750.00 feet and a chord bearing S 02°-09'-09" W,
486.71 feet, to a spike;
thence N 89°-52'-54" W, 472.89 feet to a point;
thence S 00°-07'-06" W, 275.00 feet to a point on the south line of said SE 14 SE 14;
thence N 89°-52'-54" W, 609.76 feet, along the south line of said SEIASEIA, to the
CORNER OF BEGINNING.
