WARRANTY DEED
MICHAEL J. DALTON and KATHLEEN A. DALTON, husband and wife,
Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to MICHAEL J.
DALTON and KATHLEEN A. DALTON, as Trustees of the MICHAEL J. DALTON
AND KATHLEEN A. DALTON TRUST dated June 14, 2005, Grantees, whose
address is 216 Broken Circle Drive, Evanston, Wyoming, 82930, the
following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 17 of Longview Ranch Subdivision Second Addition,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat
filed March 22, 2001 as Instrument Number 872264 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
