WARRANTY DEED
Sharon M. Gill, a single woman, of Teton County, State of Wyoming,
GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) ahd other good
and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Chase Lockhart, a single man,
GRANTEE, a one-third (1/3) undivided interest, whose address is P,O. Box 3157,
Jackson, Wyoming 83001, in and to the following described real estate, situated
in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 5 of the Lazy B Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
according to that plat recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk on December 31, 1991, as Instrument No. 742138.
Together with and including all oil, gas, and other mineral rights
owned by Grantor, and all other appurtenances and hereditaments
thereunto belonging, Subject to taxes and all covenants, conditions,
restrictions, easements, reservations, rights and rights-of-way of
sight and/or record,
