whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby Convey(s) and Quitclaim(s) To

whose address is: 371 East 4th Avenue Afton, WY 83110, all interest in the following described real property,
situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
Part of Lot 4 of Block 14 to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is 82.5 feet East from the Southwest comer of said Lot 4 and running
thence North 165 feet;
thence East 35.5 feet;
thence South 165.00 feet;
thence West 35.5 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
ALSO
BEGINNING at a point 132 feet West of the Southeast comer of said Block 14 and running thence West
80 feet;
thence North 165 feet;
thence West 118 feet;
thence North 165 feet;
thence East 198 feet;
thence South 330 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
