465 of Photostatic records on page 95.

BEGINNING at the Southwest point of said tract, on the West line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter North 00°24'53" West, 736.26 feet, from the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter;
thence North 00°24'53" West, 323.05 feet, along said West line, to a point;
thence South 89°44'53" East, 1349.95 feet, along a line parallel with the South line of said tract, to a point on the
East line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter;
thence South 00°06'22" West, 323.03 feet, along said East line, to the Southeast point of said tract;
thence North 89°44'53" West, 1347.01, feet along said South line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
