ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
FIRST NATIONAL BANK. - KEMMERER, of 302 Washington St., Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming 83110, named in the hereinafter described Mortgage (SECURITY INSTRUMENT), does
hereby grant, assign, transfer and convey all of its right, title and interest in and to said SECURITY
INSTRUMENT, together with the note or notes secured thereby, to: FIRST AMERICAN TITLE
INSURANCE COMPANY.
THE SEéÜRITYINSTRUMENT which is being assigned was executed by MFC Realty, a
Co-Partnership pursuant to a statement of Partnership dated November 27, 1985, amended
September 12, 1990, whose partners consist of (a) John T. Masson and Denise Ann Gray as
Successor Trustees under Declaration of Trust dated September 12, 1990, made by John M. Masson
and Josephine M. Masson, Trustors and (b) Morris A. Farinella on October 7, 1996 as Grantor in
favor of LENDER as Mortgagee and covers the following described property:
The West Half (W ~) of the Southwest Quarter (SW ~) of Section
27, Township 35 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M. Wyoming.

Said SECURITY INSTRUMENT is recorded in Book 390 PR, beginning at Page 044 as
Instrument 828364 in the records of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
