LOAN MODIFICATION AGREEMENT

This Loan Modification Agreement, made this ¿Î8 day of
~8B (20~, by and between Alexander P Pringle and Shari
L Pringle ("Mortgagor") and National City Mortgage Co., a
subsidiary of Nation~¡ City Bank of Indiana and its
successors and assigns ("Mortgagee"), amends and supplements
(1) the Mortgage, Deed of Trust or Deed to Secure Debt (as
modified by an Adjustable Rate Rider of the same date) (the
"Security Instrument"), dated November 25, 2003 and (2) the
Adjustable Rate Note ("Note") bearing the same date as, and
secured by the Security Instrument, which covers the real
and personal property described in the Security Instrument
and defihed therein as the "Property", located at:

The ~nterest I will pay may change on the 1st day of
April 1, 2007 and on that day every 12 months thereafter.
Each day on which my interest rate could change is called a
"Change Date".
Nothing in this Agreement shall be understood or
construed to be a satisfaction, release, or novation in
whole or in part of the Note and Security Instrument.
Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement,
the Note and Security Instrument will remain unchanged and
in full force and effect, and, the Borrower(s) and Lender
will be bound by, and comply with, all of the terms and
provisions thereof, as amended by this Agreement. Except as
expressly modified in this Note Modification, the Note
remains in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed
this Agreement as of and for the date first above written.
