RELEASE OF MATERIALMAN'S LIEN
KNOW ALL MEN. that a certain claim of lien dated January 27,2006 made by
JENKINS BUILDING SUPPLY, as claimant. for the sum of five thousand three hundred forty three
and .14 Dollars ($5,343.14) against certain real property as therein described:
Star Valley Ranch Subdivision, Plat #14, Lot #40.
The name(s) of the owner(s) of the land(s), building(s) and improvement(s) for which the
lien was filed against is/are:
Aspen View Contractors & Mr. Steve Pierson.
The lien was recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Lincoln County. State of
Wyoming on the 27t~ of January 2006. as instrument # 915501, Book #610. page #542. This lien
together with the debt thereby secured. is fully paid, satisfied and released.
