RELEASE OF SECURITY AGREEMENT
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Raymond Hanck, does hereby certify that
security agreement bearing the date of April 4, 2005 made and executed by Steven Pierson, as
mortgagors to Raymond Hanck as seller conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as
security for the payment in full as therein stated, which security agreement was recorded in the
office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on June 13, 2005 in Book 588PR on page 35 mortgaging the following described
real estate in said County, to wit:

is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said seller does hereby release and quitclaim unto
