RELEASE OF REAL EST ATE MORTGAGE
\
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of July 17,
2002, executed by David Wayne Horsley and Betty Mae Horsley; and David W. Horsley and
Betty Mae Horsley, Trustees of the David W. Horsley and Betty Mae Horsley Family Trust
Dated December 28, 1996, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as
security for the payment of$400,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Teton County, State of Wyoming, on the 19th of July,
2002, in Book 494 of Mortgages, at Page 604 as document number 882648 and pertaining to
the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereofthe said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 2th day of March,
2006.
