Hesson and Karen J. Hesson, as mortgagors, to First National Bank _ West, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $60,324.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on February 13, 2001 in Book 459PR on page 434 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit: ~- A portion of the property as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 452PR on page 94, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming within the SElANWlA of Section 4, T31N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest comer of the NElANWlA of said Section 4; thence N 88°48'14" E, along the south line of said NElANWlA, 1320.68 feet to the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 1991 location for the northwest comer of the SW lA NE lA ; thence S 01 °33'04" W, along the west line of said SWlANElA, 568.82 feet to the northwest comer of the Borden property as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 403PR on Page 780, with said Office; thence westerly and southeasterly along said Borden deed line the following: N 88°32'12" W, 135.21 feet; S 5°14'56" E, 599.07 feet and S 59°19'07" E, 73.59 feet to a point in the north line of the Mignano property, as referred to in the deed recorded in Book 573PR on Page 345, with said Office; thence northwesterly and southeasterly along said Mignano Deed line the following: N 87°33'23" W, 50.96 feet; N 79°52'34" W, 266.49 feet and S 7°29'29" E, 67.82 feet; thence S 89°08'01" W, parallel with the north line of the SWlA of Said Section 4, 1018.23 feet to a point in the east line of the SWlANWlA of said Section 4; thence N 1 °38'23" E, along said east line, 1205.82 feet to the point of beginning. ., It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the real estate mortgaged therein and thereby. ."
