Pittsburg & Midway Coal Mining Co., a Missouri corporation and Chevron U.S.A. Inc., a
Pennsylvania corporation, both having offices at 116 Inverness Drive East, Suite 207,
Englewood, CO 80112 ("Grantors"), convey and quitclaim unto Alan D. Rickert and Shannon
B. Rickert, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, having an address of 1429 7th West
Ave, Kemmerer, WY 83101 ("Grantees"), all minerals in the following described real estate,
lying in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,:
