AMENDED D.C. KRAUTTER AND JEAN M. KRAUTTER COVENANTS
FOR ASBURY - McCAFFERTY PARCELS A-B-C-D OF RECORD IN
THE OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, KEMMERER, WYOMING.
(1) Parcels A-B-C-D are never to be subdivided into smaller parcels.
(2) Parcels A-B-C-D are never to be used for any business purposes
except an "In-Home" business.
(J) All buildings will conform to the general nature bf the area.
(4) No signs are permitted except a real estate sign, or a sign to
identify the resident of the property.
(5). All fences shall be of lodgepole pine construction.
(6) No debris or trash will be permitted to remain on any part of
Parcels A-B-C-D and no outside burning of rubbish is allowed.
(7) Only electric pumps will be used to pump irrigation water.
(8) Not more than 2 dogs, 2 horses and 2 pack animals are permitted
to be kept on Parcels A-B-C-D. All other species of animals are
not allowed unless permitted by either of the undersigned.
(9) Each owner of Parcels A-B-C-D is obligated tp supply his own water
from ~ water well and to provide his own septic system.
(10) The owners of Parcels A-B-C-D will share the cost to maintain
their private road (Corral Road).
