WHEREAS, the Town of LaBarge is receptive to a Petition received from LaBarge Trucking
Company, Inc. praying that the Town vacate part of David Street in the David - Decker Addition
to the Town of LaBarge of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 155;
WHEREAS, the part of David Street to be vacated is described as the part lying and being
situate between Lot 16, 17, 18 and 13, 14, 15;
WHEREAS, said part of David Street has been closed to the public for more than ten years
being evidence that there is no public need for the street;
Further; there is no outlet to the north as the roadway terminates at the north line of the Addition;
WHEREAS, it would be advantageous for the Town not to provide maintenance to a roadway
unused by the public;
WHEREAS, if the part of David Street is closed that any installed and operating utilities having
l: facilities in the street would continue to be honored;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town proceed by ordinance to vacate this
part of David Street to LaBarge Trucking Company, Inc. as the owner of the lots adjoining said
street all in accordance with Wyoming Statutes, 2005, as amended, Section 15-4-242; and
FURTHER, that an instrument relinquishing and extinguishing that part of David Street and
conveying and granting the vacated street to the petitioner be provided to the petitioner.
