particularly described as follows:

Diamondville; thence N 78°50' E, along the extension of the north boundary of said Lot
2, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence S 11 °10' E, a distance of 60.00 feet; thence S 78050'
W, a distance of 10.00 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 3; thence N 11 °10' W,
a distance of 60.00 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT to the mortgage in favor of Karen L. Nelson recorded August 29, 2001 in
Book 471PR on page 111 which Grantee hereby assumes.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
