acres of land more or less.
Including and together with aU and singular the tenements,
hereditaments, appurtenances, and improvements thereon or
thereunto belonging, and any rights of Grantor to minerals there-
under, but subject to taxes, assessments, covenants, conditions,
restrictions, reservations, rights-of-way, easements and other similar
encumbrances of sight or record.

and other valuable considerations, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to C. Bryce Jasperson, a
married man as his sole and separate property, grantee, of PO Box 1125, Afton, WY 83110, all
interest in the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
A parcel of land located in Section 9, T34N, R119 of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming,as more particularly described on the attached "Description: Jasperson

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
