WARRANTY DEED
Raymond E. Domecq and Lisa A. Domecq, husband and wife,
Grantors, whose address is PO Box 1016, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, for and in
consideration of other valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid,
convey and warrant to Raymond E. Domecq, Trustee, or her successors in trust,
under the Lisa A. Domecq Living Trust dated March 30, 2006, for the benefit of
Lisa A. Domecq and her heirs, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 1016, Thayne,
Wyoming, an undivided one-half (1/2) tenancy-in-common interest in and to the
following described real estate:
Lot 26 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 10, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said
Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized
of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the
title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except:
restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead exemption laws of this state.
