COMES NOW the undersigned duly appointed, qualified and acting Personal
Representative for the above-captioned estate, and for Final Report, Accounting and

That the above-named decedent passed away on the 29TH day of January, 2002,
in Sweetwater County, Wyoming, and at the time of death was a resident of Sweetwater
County, Wyoming, and owned an interest in assets subject to administration in
Sweetwater County and Lincoln County, Wyoming. Said decedent died testate. Letters
of Administration were issued to your Personal Representative on the 14TH day of May
2003, and your Personal Representative has continually served as sole Personal
Representative of this estate to this date.

hereto, and by this reference made a part hereof.
Proceeds from Accumulative A Fund and High Income A Fund held in
Waddell & Reed Account number 18127282 at 746 E. Winchester Street
Suite 210, Salt Lake City, Utah 84107-8528. All as evidenced by a
summary of accounts from Waddell & Reed, marked Exhibit "C", copy of
which is attached hereto, and by this reference made a part hereof.
Proceeds from High Income A Fund held in Waddell & Reed Account
number 18289553. All as evidenced by a five page summary of accounts
from Waddell & Reed, marked Exhibit "C", copy of which is attached

checking account number 445897 at 601 N. Front Street in Rock Springs,
Wyoming 82901. All as evidenced by a statement summary, marked
Exhibit "E", and by this reference made a part hereof.
Real Property
Proceeds from sale of Decedent's residence located at 1 032 8th Street in
Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901. All as evidenced by an order approving
conveyance of real property, marked Exhibit "F", a copy of which is
attached hereto, and by this reference made a part hereof.
Various Font Fed Unit Well Royalties in Lincoln County Wyoming with
XTO Energy at 810 Houston Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102-6298, All as
evidenced by a letter from Jane F. Schnauber, Certified Public
Accountant, marked Exhibits "G1", and "G-2", and a list of legal
descriptions for each Font Fed Unit provided by XTO Energy, marked

THIS MA ITER having come before the Court this day upon the Final Report,
Accounting and Petition for Distribution of the Personal Representative, and the Court,
having examined said Final Report, Accounting and Petition for Distribution and having
examined the Waiver of Notice and Consent to Approval of Final Report, as duly
executed by the sole distributee of the above-captioned estate and presented to the
Court at this time, the Court finds that it has full and complete jurisdiction over the
subject matter and all interested parties, and therefore, this matter ought to proceed on
to final hearing and determination on the merits.
This matter proceeding on to final hearing and determination, the Court
specifically finds that each and all of the statements made in the said Final Report,
Accounting and Petition for Distribution are true and correct, that no accounting is
required for this estate since the Personal Representative, in his capacity as sole
distributee of this estate, has waived said accounting, that the conduct of the Personal
Representative in the administration of this estate as reflected in said Report is in
accordance with law and the prior orders of this Court, that the administration of said
estate is fully and finally concluded and that said estate is ready for distribution and that,
therefore, order ought to be entered at this time fully and finally approving, ratifying and
confirming the Final Report, Accounting and Petition for Distribution, and all doings of
the Personal Representative in the premises, and decree ought to be entered providing
for the full and final distribution of this estate, and the closing thereof.
IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Final
Report, Accounting and Petition for Distribution be, and the same hereby is, fully and
finally ratified, confirmed and approved, and all of the doings of the Personal
Representative in the premises be, and the same are hereby fully and finally approved.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Personal
Representative shall proceed to make final distribution of all assets of this estate now in
GERALD PASTOR hands as follows:
