and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
TREVOR G. BUCHANAN AND MISTY D. BUCHANAN,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 124, Grover, WY 83122
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Part of Lot 4 of Block 28 to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 961h feet North from the Southeast corner of said Lot 4 and running
thence West 831/2 feet;
thence North 8 feet;
thence West Ph feet;
thence North 60lh feet;
thence East 85 ,feet;
thence South 68lh feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description of that certain Warranty Deed
recorded June 2, 2005 in Book 586PR on page 903 of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk.
