IN INTEREST TO AMERICAN INVESTMENT FINANCIAL, a Utah Industrial Corporation, does
hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of March 2, 2000 made and executed by J & S Companies,
Inc., as mortgagor, to American Investment Financial, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $30,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in
the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
