1997, made and executed by Mark R. Resig and Kate Resig, husband and wife, as mortgagor, to
The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein
described as security for the payme?!~ of $78,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of
the County Clerk and Ex-Officio R?gister of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the
