IN INTEREST TO AMERICAN INVESTMENT FINANCIAL, a Utah Industrial Corporation, does
hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of March 3, 2000 made and executed by Jere C. Kovach
and Sheila Kovach, as mortgagors, to American Investment Financial, as mortgagee, conveying certain
real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $30,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage
was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex -Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming, on March 6, 2000 in the Book 442PR on page 345 mortgaging the following described
real estate in said County, to wit:
