Warranty Deed
We, RICHARD A. MONSEN and JANEAL MONSEN, husband and wife, by the
entireties, GRANTORS, of Washington County, State of Utah, for and in consideration
of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to:
RICHARD A. MONSEN and JANEAL MONSEN, trustees, or successor
trustee(s) of the MONSEN FAMILY TRUST dated March 2,2006,
GRANTEE, whose address is 1628 N. Roadrunner Dr., S1. George, Utah 84770, all their
right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate, situate in the County
of Lincoln, State of -Wyoming" hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 13, Salt River Heights Subdivision according to the plat that is
recorded in the County Clerk's Office of Lincoln County, Wyoming

Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and all
improvements thereon.
SUBJECT to all easements, reservations, covenants, exceptions and
restrictions presently of record in the office of the County Clerk for
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
