83101, grantor, for and in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other
valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Dale L. Kern and Valerie C. Kern, husband and
wife, as tenants by the entireties, of P.O. Box 412, Afton, WY 83110, grantees, the
following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws o"f
the State, to-wit:

BEGINNING at a point 5 rods West from the Southeast Corner of Lot 4, in
Block 9 of the Afton Townsite, Wyoming, and running thence West 6 rods;
thence North 12 rods; thence East 6 rods; thence South 12 rods to the
point of beginning, together with improvements and water rights.
