. RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of September
30, 1996, and executed by Sherald D. Lewis and Sandra S. Lewis, Husband and Wife, a
mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of
$60,332.14, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register
of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 8th of October, 1996 in Book 389PR of
Mortgages, at Page 123 as document number 827451 and pertaining to the following described
real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
