PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That The Bank of Star Valley, a Wyoming Banking
Corporation, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of July 17. 2005 made and
executed by Glen Nilson, Raeann Nilson, Derk Izatt and Lee Izatt, as mortgagors, to The
Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security
for the payment of $126,526,00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of
the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
July 26,2005 in Book 592PR on page 175 mortgaging the following described real estate in said
County, to wit:
Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Elk Ridge Ranches at Henry's Mountain, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat filed March 29, 2006 as Instrument No.
917085 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said mortgage of
the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the real estate
mortgaged therein and thereby.
