PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That The Bank of Star Valley, a Wyoming Banking
Corporation, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of December 5, 2005 made and
executed by Glen Nilson, Raeann Nilson, Derk Izatt and Lee Izatt, as mortgagors, to The
Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security
for the payment of $77,134.29 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of
the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
January 6, 2006 in Book 609 on page 58 mortgaging the following described real estate in said
County, to wit:
Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Elk Ridge Ranches at Henry's Mountain, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat filed March 29, 2006 as Instrument No.
917085 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk,
It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said mortgage of
the security thereof, in any manner or fonn whatsoever, as to the remainder of the real estate
mortgaged therein and thereby.

personally known, who, being by me duly sworn, did say that he is the President of The Bank
of Star Valley that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation,

Board of Directors, and said President acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed
of said corporation,
