In accordance with Statues W.S. 34-12-102 and W.S. 34-12-
103, we the undersigned, Joseph M. Jones and Vickie J.
Jones, whose address is P.O. Box 901, Wickenburg, AZ 85358,
being duly sworn on oath according to law do hereby make
the following statement of facts and afirm:
That we are the owners and proprietors of real property
shown on the Plat prepared by Lloyd B. Baker and Associates
LLC and referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 609PR, on
Page 147, being Lot 1 of the Rayco Ranch Estates, as shown
on the Plat recorded with Instrument No. 807879, on Plat
No. 366, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, within the SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 25, T34N, Rl19W,
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
That the Subdivision from this property is with our free
consent and desires.
That the name of the subdivision shall be Rayco Ranch
Estates Second Filing, the Metes and Bounds being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Charles V. ~ing PE/LS 590, 1992 location
for the Northeast Corner of the NW1/4SW1/4 of said Section
25; thence N89°01'38"W, along the North line of said
NW1/4SW1/4, 318.94 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 2 of
said Rayco Ranch Estates; thence Northerly, along the East
line if said Lot 2, the Following:
N11°48'21"W 364.60 feet,N39°47'35"W 168.65 feet,
N15°26'53"W 255.20 feet to the beginning of a 120.00 feet
Radius Curve to the Left, and along said Curve to the Left,
through a Central Angle of 42°25'13", an arc length of
88.84 feet, said curve having a chord of N36°39'29"W 86.83
feet to a Point in the South line of the Stoker property,
as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 380PR, at Page
231, with said Office; thence N32°07'54"E, along said South
line, 190.30 feet; thence S89°03'24"E, continuing along
said South line, 530.35 feet to a Point in the West line of
the NE1/4NW1/4 of said Section 25; thence S00036'43"W,
along said West line, 960.00 feet, to the Point of
Beginning, containing 10.41± Acres of land.

TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: A 30 feet wide Right-of-Way
Easement for Rayco Drive, along the West line of the above
described Subdivision, as shown on said Plat No. 366.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions,
Reservations, Restrictions, Rights-of-Way and Improvements
of sight and or record.
That Rayco Drive and Utilities Right-of-Way Easements, as
shown hereon, is and shall be granted to the owners,
successors and assigns of each Lot created.
That in accordance with Section 34-12-106 of the Wyoming
Statutes 2001, as amended we hereby respectfully request
the Clerk to Vacate Lot 1 of the Rayco Ranch Estates.
That all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming are hereby released.
