QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Judith A. Westhoff, fonnerly Judith A.
Erbe, a single woman, of 4325 Evergreen Drive, Dale City, Virginia 22193, GRANTORS, for and
in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, remises, releases and forever quitclaims unto Danel C.
Erbe, a single man, of P.O. Box 3952, Jackson, Teton County, Wyoming, 83001, GRANTEE, all
right, title, interest, claim and demand that she has or ought to have in and to all ofthe following
described real property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Star Valley Ranch, Plat 18, LOT Forty-Six (46), as platted in the official
, . records of Lincoln County, Wyoming
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances
and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions,
restrictions, easements, reservations and rights-of-way of sight and/or record;
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
