Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:

following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State to-wit:

Town of Kemmerer, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 1, at the intersection of the
westerly side of the alley of Block 1 and the northerly side of Pearl Street, thence
S63°26'W, 54.00 feet; thence N26°34'W, 100.00 feet; thence N63°26'E, 54.00
feet; thence S26°34'E, 100.00 feet to the point of beginning
