AFFIDAVIT OF PARTIAL VACATION
VACATING LOT 4
OF THE
3 BAR N RANCH SUBDIVISION
SECTIONS 15 and 16, T 31N, R 119W
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING
. In accordance with Paragraphs 34-12-108 through 110 of Wyoming Statutes, 2005, as
amended, we the undersigned, Willard Darrell Nebeker and Howard Clint Nebeker of
Post Office Box 2 Fairview, Wyoming 83119, give notice and desire to vacate Lot 4 of
the 3 Bar N Ranch Subdivision, as described on that subdivision plat of record, filed as
Plat No. 396-B in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk.
The undersigned Affiants, being duly sworn according to law, do hereby make the
following statement of facts and affirm:
That we are the original developers of all of the lands included within the
said 3 Bar N Ranch Subdivision; and that we are the current owners and
. proprietors of the said Lot 4;
That after vacation, the lands heretofore described as Lot 4 shall revert
back to not being part of the subdivision; and
That as a result of this vacation, there will be no change in the location or
use of 3 Bar N Hill Road, and the vacating does not abridge or destroy any .
of the rights and privileges of other proprietors in the 3 Bar N Ranch
Subdivision.
The Affiants hereby vacate the said Lot 4 and respectfully request that the Lincoln.
County Clerk make the appropriate annotation on the recorded Plat 396-B t9 reflect the
vacation of Lot 4.
