receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do(es) Convey and Warrant To
Dustin Don Haderlie and Ashlee Haderlie, Husband and Wife as tenants by the entireties,
grantee(s), whose address is: P.O. Box 1638, Afton, WY 83110, the following described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
Part of Lot 1 of Block 29 to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point 5 rods and 12 Yz feet South of the Northeast corner of said Lot 1;
thence South 4 rods and 4 feet;
thence West 6 rods;
thence North 4 rods and 4 feet;
thence East 6 ro~1s to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the, homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
