to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
conveyed and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for their heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto

A portion of the Brown properties, as referred to in the
Deeds recorded in Book 583PR, on Page 200 and in Book
583PR, on Page 197, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, within the N1/2 of Section 26, T31N,
Rl19W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes
and bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at fthe Paul N. Scherbel RLS 164, 1980 location
for the Southwest Corner of the SW1/4 of Section 23, of
said T31N, Rl19W;
thence N89°43'08"E, along the South line of said SW1/4,
2,315.36 feet to Station 276+18.02 as referred to in the
Affidavit describing Bitter Creek County Road 12-140 Right-
of-Way Center Line; thence Southeasterly, along said Center
Line the following: S25°52'07"E 541.43 feet, to the
beginning of a 1,154.80 feet Radius Curve to the Right,
along said Curve to the Right through a Central Angle of
17°06'29", an arc length of 344.82 feet, and a chord of
