Wyoming, 83114, for and in consideration of Ten and NoI100 Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, in hand paid, by JUDY
LaRAE WALTON a single person, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS, to JUDY LaRAE
WALTON, GRANTEE, whose address is P.O. Box 86, Cokeville,
Wyoming, 83114, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue to the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-
wit:
