situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot lA Block 5 of the Grover Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on map of Lot
Division for Bruce H. Turner and Marilyn K. Turner filed December 20, 2000 as Instrument
No. 870367 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming.
