WARRANTY DEED
Orson A. Nate and Alva N. Nate, husband and wife, GRANTORS, ofP. O. Box
152, Cokeville, WY 83114, Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, for and in
consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT to The ORSON A. NATE AND ALVA N. NATE FAMILY TRUST,
Dated the I cg ~ day of ~ri,,1 , 2006, Orson A. Nate and Alva N. Nate,
Trustees, GRANTEE, whose address is P. O. Box 152, Cokeville, WY 83114, the
following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State, to-wit:
Tract 40, formerly described as the SEY4 of the SWY4, the SYz of the SEY4
and the NEY4 of the SEY4 of Section 34; and
Tract 43, formerly described as the SEY4 of Section 27, the NEY4 of the
NEY4, the WYz of the NEY4 and the NWY4 of the SEY4 of Section 34; and,
Tract 44, formerly described as the SEY4 ofthe NEY4 of Section 34;
All in Township 24 North, Range 117 West of the 6th Principal Meridian;
together with all water and water rights, lands, tenements and hereditaments
thereunto appertaining or belonging;
Subject to all easements and encumbrances of record, if any, existing at
the date hereof;
Excepting that property heretofore conveyed by the Grantors to Utah
Power & Light Company, a Corporation, as described in Warranty Deeds
recorded in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office in Book 111 PRo Page 27, and in
Book 111 PR, Page 28, and Book 131 PR, Page 581.
