Box 152, Cokeville, WY 83114, Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN AND NOI100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to The ORSON A. NATE AND ALVA N. NATE FAMILY TRUST, Dated the I~ ~ day of ~ 2006, Orson A. Nate and Alva N. Nate, Trustees, GRANTEE, whose address is P. O. Box 152, Cokeville, WY 83114, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: Those parts of Tract No. 103, Tract No. 110, Tract No. 120, and Trace No. 121 of resurvey Township 25 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming lying and being situate between the Southwesterly right-of-way line of abandoned and vacated State Highway 30N to its junction with the extant State Highway 30 in Tract No. 103; and the Westerly right-of-way line of said extant Highway 30 in said Tract No. 103; and the Northeasterly right-of-way line of the Oregon Short Line Railroad Company (Union Pacific Railroad Company) right-of-way; together with an easement for ingress and egress along said abandoned and vacated State Highway 30N as the same is of record in the Office of the Department of Transportation of the State of Wyoming in Cheyenne, Wyoming; Also the two (2) irrigation wheel lines of approximately one quarter (~) mile in length each on said property; and two (2) pumps and electric panels appertaining thereto. Encompassing an area of 555 acres, more or less. Together with all water rights, ditches and ditch rights appertaining thereto. This deed is given by the Grantors subject to all conditions, reservations, restrictions, easements of record and vision, and mortgages of record. Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate of in anywise appertaining thereunto.
