Orson A. Nate and Alva N. Nate, husband and wife, GRANTORS, ofP. O. Box
152, Cokeville, WY 83114, Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, for and in
consideration of TEN AND NO/lOO DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT to The ORSON A. NATE AND ALVA N. NATE FAMILY TRUST,
Dated the IÇ'~ day of nptÍll ,2006, Orson A. Nate and AJva N. Nate,
Trustees, GRANTEE, whose address is P. O. Box 152, Cokeville, WY 83114, the
following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State, to-wit:
That part of Tract 119 embracing Lots 24, 27, 41,and 42 and that part of Tract
123 embracing Lots 22 and 23, Township 25 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, lying and being situate southwesterly of the center-line of
State Highway 30 as relocated subsequent to 1979;
Encompassing an area of 71.79 acres, more or less;
And it is noted that no actual survey was made and that no monuments
were set, but that records of the State of Wyoming Transportation Department and
the U. S. Bureau of Land Management was used in preparing this description.

Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
Also together with all water and water rights, ditches and ditch rights,
