and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO

the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Beginning at the Northeast comer of Section 21, T34N R118W of the 6th P.M.,
Wyoming and running thence South along the East boundary line of said Section 21 (also
being along the National Forest Boundary), 104 feet, t.Q.ence West along a line parallel
to the north boundary of said Section, 418.84 feet, thence North on a line parallel to the
East boundary line of said Section, 104 feet, thence East along the North boundary line
of said Section, 418.84 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record,. in sight, or in use.
