Pitts burg & Midway Coal Mining Co., a Missouri corporation and Chevron U.S.A. Inc., a
Pennsylvania corporation, both having offices at 116 Inverness Drive East, Suite 207,
Englewood, CO 80112 ("Grantors"), convey and quitclaim unto Robert Rawlings and Karen
Rawlings, husband and wife, as joint tenants, having an address of P.O. Box 186, Opal, WY
83124 ("Grantees"), all minerals in the following described real estate, lying in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming,:
FN-IO, as shown on survey map 261-A on record with the Lincoln County Clerk as Receiving
No.916795 and more particularly described as follows:
A parcel ofland being part of Tract 74 and 75 of the resurvey of T 21 N, R 116 W, of the 6th P.M, Lincoln County,
Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at corner number 4 of Tract 74 of the resurvey ofT 21 N, R 116 W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming where is found a standard U.S.G.L.O. brass cap; thence N 890 40' 50" E along the north
boundary line of said Tract 74, 940.57 feet to a point on the south or west boundary line of Wyoming State
Highway 233 where is found a 2" aluminum cap on 5/8" diameter rebar stamped "CCI, PELS 5465, WY
ST 233, ROW, 100 LT, FN-1O."

Thence N 80° 53' OO"W along the north right of Way boundary of said Kemmerer Airport Road, 691.02
feet to the PC of a curve to the right. Said point being monumented with a 2" aluminum cap on a 5/8"
diameter rebar stamped "CCI, PELS 5465, PC, LC 234, ROW, 2005."
Thence continuing northwesterly along said north right of way of said Kemmerer Airport Road, 769.65 feet
along the arc of said curve to the right to the PT of said curve. Said curve to the right having a central

Thence N 89° 41' 05" E, 1320.75 feetto a point on the east boundary line of said Tract 75 where is found

Thence S 0° 06' 21" E, 345.00 feet along the east boundary line of said Tract 75 to the point of beginning.
