HALPIN, Vice President of Meridian Group, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, as Manager of Alpine Junction LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, hereby make, constitute, and appoint SHAWN EVANS HAWKINS, my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me in my name, place, and stead as Vice President of Meridian Group, Inc., as Manger of Alpine Junction, LLC, to contract for the purchase, sale, transfer or conveyance of any of the lots within the Alpine Meadows Subdivision, according to that plat recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming on August 23, 2005, as Plat No. 206A. Said Attorney-in-Fact is authorized to contract for the purchase, sale, transfer or conveyance of the above-described real property for such price or prices, and on such terms and conditions, as said Attorney-in-Fact may deem proper, and in my name to make, execute, acknowledge, and deliver all instruments necessary to effect such transfer, including but not limited to contracts, listing agreements, loan documents, promissory notes, mortgages, quit claim deeds, warranty deeds, easements, assignments of rights, closing statements, Homestead waivers and exceptions, as in had done the same. I further grant to said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to request, demand, sue for, collect, recover, and receive all moneys which may become due and owing to us by reason of such sale and conveyance, whether by deed, contract, or other instrument. The rights, powers, and authority of said Attorney-in-Fact herein granted shall commence and be in full force and effect on the 25th day of April, 2006, and such rights, powers, and authorities shall remain in full force and effect until revoked by me in writing.
