Pittsburg & Midway Coal Mining Co., a Missouri corporation and Chevron U.S.A. Inc., a
Pennsylvania corporation, both having offices at 116 Inverness Drive East, Suite 207,
Englewood, CO 80112 ("Grantors"), convey and quitclaim unto Thomas D. Crank and Corina
E. Crank, husband and wife, as joint tenants, having an address of 1422 7th West Ave,
Kemmerer, WY 83101 ("Grantees"), all minerals in the following described real estate, lying in
the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,:
Parcel FN-4, as shown on survey map 261-A on record with the Lincoln County
Clerk as Receiving No.916795 and more particularly described as follows:
A parcelofland being part of Tract 76 and part of Lot 7 of Section 2 of the resurvey T 21N, Rl16W and part of Lot
No. 37 and Lots 8, 27 and 28 of Section 35 of the resurvey ofT 22N, Rl16 Wall of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows:
Commenting at the northwest comer of Section 2 of the resurvey ofT 21N, Rl16 W, where is found a standard
U.S.G.L.O. brass cap;

line of highway 233 to a point on the south boundary line ofT22N, RII6W

Thence S 890 41' 56" W, 31.57 feet along said north boundary line of
said highway 233 and south boundary line ofT22N, RI16W to the point of
beginning.
Said parcel contains 39.742 acres more or less.
