State of California, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good
and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, have remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these
presents do for their heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and
forever quitclaim unto Kenneth Lee Lanza and Melissa Lanza, Trustees, r
their successors in trust under the Kenneth Lee Lanza and Melissa Lanza
Revocable Living Trust, dated October 22, 2003, whose address is 4820
Suisun Valley Road, Fairfield, CA 94534, all such right, title, interest, pröperty,
possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in and to the
following described premises to-wit:
Lot 131 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 18, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
. described on the official plat thereof
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
