QUIT CLAIM DEED
BEVERLY JEAN WRIGHT, a married person as sole and separate property,
of Marina Del Rey, CA, GRANTOR, for and in consideration ofTen (10) Dollars and
other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY and QUIT CLAIM to SUSAN LEE HOLSAPPLE, a single person, of
Marble Falls, TX, GRANTEE, the following described Real Estate, situated in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:
A Tract ofland lying in the SEl/4 of Section 32, T33N, Rl18W of the 6th
P.M., Wyoming, more fully described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is due North, 1320.0 feet; thence S89046'W, 812.6
feet from the SE Comer of said Section 32 and proceeding thence N27001'W,
472.5 feet; thence N27°52¡ W, 273.6 feet, thence N89054' W, 402,5 feet,
thence S41034'E, 895.3 feet along U.S. 89 right-of-way line; thence
N87003'E, 153.0 feet to the point of beginning, said tract containing 4.31
acres, more or less.
